It is now 22 years since I left Brazil and returned to live in England. How the World has changed! The common stories for so many people all over the world are the same stories as those of the Brazilian Savannah, only now more and more of us know that we are all living in a threatened eco-system of the world! It's Time to Care for Earth!

The songs featured on this album are from a collection of compositions called Songs for People and Planet by Manu Song. Manu first started composing these songs almost 30 years ago after seeing for himself the very real effects of a changing climate on the land and the people of the Brazilian Cerrado.

These are Love Songs for the Earth and for her People, celebrating the immense power, strength, love and wisdom of people everywhere joining forces to overcome the monumental challenges facing humanity today.
